FOR UPGRADING THE ATHLETIC FIELDS AT HIGHLAND HIGH SCHOOL IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for upgrading the athletic fields at Highland high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
