FOR IMPROVING AND REPAIRING THE SHERIFF'S POSSE ARENA IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thirty-eight thousand dollars ($338,000) to improve and repair the sheriff's posse arena in Eddy county.
