FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR AN ADDITION TO THE SHIPROCK BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

 

 

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection VVVVV of Section 17 of Chapter 2 of Laws 1999 (1st S.S.) to renovate and improve the facility housing at the Shiprock boys' and girls' club in San Juan county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs for an addition at the boys' and girls' club of the Navajo Nation in Shiprock in San Juan county.  The period of time in which this appropriation may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2008.
