FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING AND CONSTRUCTING IMPROVEMENTS TO THE RIVERVIEW EDUCATION AND RECREATION CENTER AT SAN JUAN COLLEGE IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of San Juan college

six hundred twenty-seven thousand dollars ($627,000) to plan, design and construct improvements, including a new entrance, maintenance shop, storage facilities, equipment yard and parking and sidewalk improvements, to the Riverview education and recreation center at San Juan college in San Juan county.
