FOR PURCHASE OF A SOLID WASTE TRANSFER TRAILER FOR VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty-five thousand four hundred dollars ($45,400) for the purchase of a solid waste transfer trailer for Valencia county.
