FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE FLICKINGER CENTER FOR PERFORMING ARTS IN ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to renovate, repair and make improvements at the Flickinger center for performing arts in Alamogordo in Otero county.
