FOR A TEEN CENTER AT THE OTERO COUNTY BOYS' AND GIRLS' CLUB.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to design, construct and equip a teen center at the Otero county boys' and girls' club.
