FOR INFRASTRUCTURE EXPANSION OF THE ARBOLERA DE VIDA DEVELOPMENT IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to expand the infrastructure of the Arbolera de Vida development in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
