FOR A METAL BUILDING FOR THE COUNTY EXTENSION OFFICE IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design and construct a metal building for the county extension office in Quay county.
