FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO CONSTRUCT AND EQUIP A SENIOR CENTER IN THE SOUTH SIDE OF SANTA FE IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the state agency on aging pursuant to Subsection 29 of Section 3 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to design a senior center in the southside of Santa Fe in Santa Fe county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to construct and equip a senior center in the south side of Santa Fe in Santa Fe county.
