FOR RECLAMATION OF THE LAGOON AREA OF THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IN EAGLE NEST IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for reclamation of the lagoon area of the wastewater treatment plant in Eagle Nest in Colfax county.
