FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE GUADALUPE COUNTY COURTHOUSE.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two million one hundred sixty thousand dollars ($2,160,000) for improvements to the Guadalupe county courthouse.
