FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEALTH AND COMMUNITY SERVICES CENTER IN RIO RANCHO IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) for construction of the health and community services center in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county.
