REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO
CONSTRUCT A PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING IN ANGEL FIRE IN COLFAX COUNTY.
The proceeds from the sale of severance
tax bonds appropriated to the local government division of the department of
finance and administration pursuant to Subsection 370 of Section 22 of Chapter
110 of Laws 2002 to improve the chapel and grounds at the Vietnam veterans'
memorial in Angel Fire in Colfax county shall not be expended for the original
purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated to construct a public safety
building in Angel Fire in Colfax county.
