FOR STREET, CURB AND GUTTER IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE NORTH SIDE OF PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

one hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($175,000) for street, curb and gutter improvements for the north side of Portales in Roosevelt county.
