FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE HEATING, VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM AT THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN QUAY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for improvements to the heating, ventilation and air conditioning system at the county courthouse in Quay county.
