FOR FACILITIES FOR THE CAMPUS GOLF COURSE AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) to design and construct additional facilities for the campus golf course at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
