FOR PHASE 3 IMPROVEMENTS ON COUNTY ROAD 3500 IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

sixteen million dollars ($16,000,000) for phase 3 improvements on county road 3500, including realigning, widening and building a bridge over the Animas river, in San Juan county.
