FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO EXTEND THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO PLAN, DESIGN AND PREPARE A SITE FOR A CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER IN THE STARLAKE AREA TO SERVE FIVE CHAPTERS IN CIBOLA AND SANDOVAL COUNTIES.

The period of time in which the proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs pursuant to Subsection EE of Section 15 of Chapter 2 of Laws 1999 (1st S.S.) to plan, design and prepare a site for a child development center in the Starlake area to serve five chapters in Cibola and Sandoval counties may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2008.
