FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN WILLARD IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to engineer, design and construct improvements and additions to the wastewater system in Willard in Torrance county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, engineer and construct a maintenance and equipment storage building in Willard in Torrance county.
