FOR THE EL RITO COMMUNITY CENTER IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

six hundred ninety-five thousand dollars ($695,000) to plan, design, construct, furnish, equip and develop the site for the El Rito community center in Rio Arriba county.
