FOR PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT FOR PHASE 2 OF THE RURAL EVENTS CENTER IN RIO ARRIBA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for the purchase and installation of equipment for phase 2 of the rural events center in Rio Arriba county.
