FOR PHASE 2 WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE COTTONWOOD RURAL WATER COOPERATIVE IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

five hundred sixty-five thousand dollars ($565,000) for phase 2 water system improvements and additional loop lines for the Cottonwood rural water cooperative in Eddy county.
