FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

forty-nine thousand dollars ($49,000) to purchase an emergency medical services mannequin for classroom training at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county;

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase a bus for eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county; and

seventy thousand dollars ($70,000) to renovate classrooms in the occupational technology center at eastern New Mexico university in Roswell in Chaves county.
