FOR PHASES 2 AND 3 AT THE HISTORICAL CENTER ARCHIVES BUILDING FOR SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to construct, improve, equip and furnish phases 2 and 3 at the southeast New Mexico historical center's archives building in Roswell in Chaves county.
