FOR PHASE 3 OF THE WASTEWATER EFFLUENT REUSE PROJECT IN CARLSBAD IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($350,000) to construct and implement phase 3 of the wastewater effluent reuse project in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
