FOR RENOVATING THE HORSE ARENA RESTROOMS AND CONCESSION STAND IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred sixty thousand dollars ($260,000) to renovate the Eddy county horse arena restrooms and concession stand.
