FOR THE PLAYGROUND AT YESO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE ARTESIA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to improve the playground at Yeso elementary school in the Artesia public school district in Eddy county.
