FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM IN MESILLA IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

thirty thousand eight hundred dollars ($30,800) to install water lines on Calle de Oeste in Mesilla in Dona Ana county;

forty-five thousand four hundred dollars ($45,400) to install water lines on Estrada road in Mesilla in Dona Ana county;

thirty-five thousand six hundred dollars ($35,600) to install water lines on Las Arenales in Mesilla in Dona Ana county;

forty-three thousand dollars ($43,000) to install water lines from Union avenue to Avenida de Mesilla in Mesilla in Dona Ana county; and

one hundred thirteen thousand four hundred dollars ($113,400) to install water lines from Paisano road to highway 292 in Mesilla in Dona Ana county.
