FOR PLANNING, DESIGNING, CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A PLAYGROUND IN TORTUGAS IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a playground park in Tortugas in Dona Ana county.
