FOR DEVELOPING A WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT FACILITY FOR THE NORTH VALLEY OF DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

fifty-nine thousand two hundred ninety dollars ($59,290) to develop a wastewater treatment plant facility for the north valley of Dona Ana county.
