FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE EAST MOUNTAIN LIBRARY IN BERNALILLLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for improvements to the East Mountain library in Bernalillo county.
