HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY

FOR CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS IN SANTA FE COUNTY.
I request that the following capital
outlay projects be funded:
• to the department of environment
two million dollars ($2,000,000) to plan,
design and construct the Buckman direct surface diversion facility in Santa Fe
county; and
four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000)
for improvements to the water system supply and storage and distribution
system, including land acquisition, planning, designing, engineering and
constructing, in Chimayo in Santa Fe county;
•
to the state highway and transportation department
four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000)
for materials only for repaving improvements and construction to county road 88
within the community of La Puebla in Santa Fe county;
one hundred three thousand four hundred
dollars ($103,400) for materials only for paving and drainage improvements,
including planning, designing and constructing county road 113S off state road
502, in Nambe in Santa Fe county;
three hundred fifty thousand dollars
($350,000) for materials only for improvements, including planning, designing
and constructing a low-water crossing, to county road 74 within the Tesuque
area of Santa Fe county; and
seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000)
for materials only for paving and drainage improvements and construction at
Calle Enrique within the Pinon Hills subdivision in Santa Fe county; and
•
to the local government division of the department of finance and
administration
one hundred twenty-five thousand dollars
($125,000) to plan, design and construct phases 2a and 3 of the teen center in
Arroyo Seco in Santa Fe county;
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to
design and construct safety and code compliant upgrades at the Benny J. Chavez
community center in Santa Fe county; and
fifty-five thousand dollars ($55,000) for
continued improvements, including planning, designing, constructing and
equipping, at La Puebla park athletic facilities in Santa Fe county.
