FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO CHANGE THE PURPOSE OF SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATIONS FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS IN CORONA IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

The proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the department of environment pursuant to Subsections 17 and 70 of Section 15 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to construct a water tank in Corona in Lincoln county shall not be expended for the original purpose but are reauthorized and appropriated for water system improvements in Corona in Lincoln county.
