FOR A PUBLIC HEALTH CLINIC IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred eighty-six thousand dollars ($286,000) to plan, design and construct a public health clinic in Valencia county.
