FOR PURCHASING WATER RIGHTS FOR THE FUTURE WATER SUPPLY FOR HAGERMAN IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the office of the state engineer

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to purchase water rights for the future water supply for Hagerman in Chaves county.
