FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN HANGAR BUILDING 1083 AT THE ROSWELL INDUSTRIAL AIR CENTER IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one million eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($1,850,000) for improvements, including a water tank, fire pumps and detection equipment, to the fire sprinkler system in hangar building 1083 at the Roswell industrial air center in Chaves county.
