FOR PHASE 5 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CIELO GRANDE RECREATION AREA SOCCER COMPLEX IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

five hundred forty thousand dollars ($540,000) for phase 5 improvements to the Cielo Grande recreation area soccer complex in Roswell in Chaves county.
