FOR CONSTRUCTING AND EQUIPPING A COVERED PICNIC AREA FOR MELENDEZ PARK IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for the construction and equipping of a covered picnic area for Melendez park in Roswell in Chaves county.
