FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR ENCINO IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) for construction of a village hall for Encino in Torrance county.
