FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND LANDSCAPING AT THE NEW MEXICO SOCCER COMPLEX IN SANDOVAL COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to continue improvements and landscaping at the New Mexico soccer complex in Sandoval county.
