FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO PASEO DEL VOLCAN IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

four million five hundred thousand dollars ($4,500,000) for design, land acquisition, roadway construction, walkways, bike paths, landscaping, utilities and associated improvements on Paseo del Volcan in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
