FOR ACQUIRING BOOKS FOR THE LIBRARY AT ELDORADO HIGH SCHOOL AND FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE SOUTHWEST SECONDARY LEARNING CENTER IN THE ALBUQUERQUE PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to acquire non-textbook books for the library at Eldorado high school in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county; and

eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) to develop an animation studio at the Southwest Secondary learning center in the Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county.
