FOR VOIDING A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION AND REAUTHORIZING AND APPROPRIATING FOR REPAIRING THE TARMAC AT THE AIR TERMINAL IN ROSWELL IN CHAVES COUNTY.

The project authorized in Subsection 26 of Section 19 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to the state highway and transportation department to repair the tarmac at the private air terminal in Roswell in Chaves county is void. The state board of finance may issue and sell severance tax bonds upon certification by the state highway and transportation department that the need exists for the issuance of the bonds in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to the state highway and transportation department to repair the tarmac at the air terminal in Roswell in Chaves county.
