FOR RENOVATIONS TO BUILDINGS AT THE NEW MEXICO SCHOOL FOR THE VISUALLY HANDICAPPED IN ALAMOGORDO IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of the New Mexico school for the visually handicapped

two million eight hundred thousand dollars ($2,800,000) to renovate buildings at the New Mexico school for the visually handicapped in Alamogordo in Otero county.
