FOR THE PLAN, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE FOR THE BERINO MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for the plan, design and construction of an administrative office for the Berino mutual domestic water consumers association in Dona Ana county.
