FOR CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AND WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS FOR LA UNION DOMESTIC WATER ASSOCIATION IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the department of environment

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) for the construction of an administration building and water system improvements for La Union domestic water association in Dona Ana county.
