FOR IMPROVEMENTS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

one hundred ninety thousand dollars ($190,000) for improvements and equipment for the athletic department at New Mexico state university in Dona Ana county.
