REQUESTED BY James G. Taylor

FOR ATHLETIC FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS AT NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITIES STATEWIDE.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for athletic facility improvements at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county;

• to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for athletic facility improvements at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county;

• to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of mining and technology

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for athletic facility improvements at New Mexico institute of mining and technology in Socorro in Socorro county; and

• to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for athletic facility improvements at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
