HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 12

46TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2003

REQUESTED BY Jeannette Wallace

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

• to the department of environment

three hundred thirty-nine thousand five hundred dollars ($339,500) for improvements to the Santa Fe wastewater system in the Rancho Golondrinas area in Santa Fe county; and

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred fifty-seven thousand five hundred dollars ($357,500) to purchase land for and plan, design, construct and equip a community park in La Cienega in Santa Fe county;

three hundred eighty-five thousand dollars ($385,000) for improvements to the La Cienega community center in Santa Fe county; and

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for the planning, designing and construction of a community center in Aqua Fria in Santa Fe county.
